If you have an AD-HOC or PER BIN LIFT OPTION, and your contract requires you to provide collection dates before we attend your bin, please complete the page below  with your details as requested. 

Ensure that you enter the correct dates based on the agreed changeover day arranged with the office.
Incorrect dates may be rejected. 

You will receive: 

An acknowledgment confirming your dates have been received

A follow-up email confirming once everything has been actioned
